How do you reward yourself for a job well done? There are so many tiny victories along the path to our audacious goals. Before I landed my multi-six figure corporate position, I took the time to celebrate my first position as learning to be myself and being excepted for who I am and the knowledge that I brought to the company. It took hard work, and each milestone, leaving positions because they were not what my purpose stood for, separating from positions because I was not valued and looked at as just another worker with a degree however; it was well worth being able to continue my path with a coach that I wanted to work with and write a check in full to do so. Being able to go out and buy me a pair of Dior shoes just to treat myself.
